Workspace

A private copy of the Site where changes are made.

A Workspace is a private copy of a Site, made from Live, where a change happens.

Every edit is saved as a Commit, so any edit can be undone.
It has its own copy of the Runtime Data for testing.
You can have several at once, one per change.
Publishing a Workspace finishes it. The next change starts a new one.
