Databases and uploaded files created while the Site runs.

Runtime Data is what a Site creates while it runs: databases, uploaded files, sessions.

It isn't in Git, and it's never published.
Live has the real data. Each Workspace has its own copy to test with.
Download or upload it with hm sqlite and hm storage.
